Superfood Salad

Chunky humous + Edamame Beans + Grated Beetroot + Cherry Tomatoes + Cucumber + Omega Sprinkles + Fresh Salad Leaves + Large French Dressing

Our superfood salad is freshly made in the kitchen. When it’s running low at lunchtime we raid the fridge and knock up a few more, to keep it fresh! ….and it does take a few minutes as we first mix quinoa (pronounced kin-wah), chopped mint, edamame beans and peas. We cut up a lemon into wedges, add our chunky hummous and a handful of baby plum tomatoes. Finally we scatter our toasted seed omega sprinkle on top and serve with our classic French dressing. Super duper!
