Below is a long, long list of all the core ingredients and products we use in our shops' kitchens.

Our food philosophy is about securing the best ingredients we can - this will of course depend on the seasons. During the summer we can grow most of our vegetables in Slovenia,  but in the winter some will come from warmer countries, e.g. Italy.
